AFBESTLLING
Ordrer under DKK 10.000
For ordrer under DKK 10.000, inklusive moms, skal afbestilling ske skriftligt til hej@klaiskitchen.dk, således at afbestilling er modtaget hos os minimum 5 hverdage før den aftalte dato.
Hvis afbestillingen er under 5 hverdage før den aftalte dato, vil der blive sendt en regning på 50% af den fulde fakturaværdi til kunden.
Ved afbestillingen modtager du en bekræftelse på, at afbestillingen er modtaget.
Justering af antal gæster
Indtil 5 hele hverdage inden det aftalte leveringstidspunkt kan du reducere i antal gæster skriftligt ved at sende en mail til hej@klaiskitchen.dk.
Skulle der komme aflysning efter 5 hele hverdage inden det aftalte leveringstidspunkt/arrangement betales der stadig de antal kuverter som er blevet bestilt til.
Har du bestilt fire dage eller færre dage forinden dit arrangement har vi ikke mulighed for at ændre i din ordre eller refundere din bestilling.
Nægtes modtagelse af bestillingen på den aftalte dato, betales fuld pris for hele bestillingen.
Ordrer på eller over DKK 10.000
For ordrer på eller over DKK 10.000, inklusive moms, skal afbestilling ske skriftligt til hej@klaiskitchen.dk, således at afbestilling er modtaget hos os minimum 20 hverdage før den aftalte dato. Hvis afbestillingen er under 20 hverdage før den aftalte dato, vil der blive sendt en regning på 50% af den fulde fakturaværdi til kunden.
Ved afbestillingen modtager du en bekræftelse på, at afbestillingen er modtaget.

Denne afbestillingspolitik er indført for at dække omkostningerne ved forberedelsen, reservering af personale og indkøb, som allerede kan være foretaget på tidspunktet for afbestillingen.
Brug af kunde som reference. Gælder kun CVR registrerede virksomheder og ikke private kunder.
Ved accept af tilbud fra begge parter giver kunden hermed Klai’s Kitchen tilladelse til at anvende kundens navn/virksomhed som reference på vores hjemmeside og i vores markedsføringsmateriale. Denne brug vil kun omfatte virksomhedens navn og vil ikke indebære deling af fortrolige eller specifikke oplysninger om jeres virksomhed eller bestillinger.
Hvis I ønsker at fravælge brugen af jeres virksomhedsnavn som reference, bedes I venligst kontakte os direkte via mail: hej@klaiskitchen.dk. Vi prioriterer jeres privatliv og forpligter os til hurtigt at imødekomme anmodninger om ikke at bruge jeres navn som reference.
Indirekte referenceanvendelse.
Som en del af vores samarbejds- og servicevilkår accepterer kunder, der interagerer med vores partnere, at deres virksomhedsnavn kan blive brugt som reference i vores markedsføringsmaterialer og på vores hjemmeside. Denne klausul er gældende for alle slutkunder, der indgår aftaler gennem vores bookingpartnere, og vedrører kun brugen af virksomhedens navn uden inkludering af fortrolige oplysninger eller specifikke detaljer om forretningsdriften.
Vi opfordrer alle samarbejdspartnere til at informere slutkunder om denne praksis, og vi forpligter os til at fjerne ethvert virksomhedsnavn fra vores materialer efter anmodning. Kunder eller partnere kan kontakte os via mail: hej@klaiskitchen.dk for sådanne forespørgsler.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders under DKK 10,000
For orders under DKK 10,000, including VAT, cancellation must be made in writing to hej@klaiskitchen.dk, so that the cancellation is received by us at least 5 business days before the agreed date.
If the cancellation is made less than 5 business days before the agreed date, an invoice for 50% of the total invoice value will be sent to the customer.
Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation that the cancellation has been received.
Adjustment of Number of Guests
Up to 5 full business days before the agreed delivery time, you can reduce the number of guests in writing by sending an email to hej@klaiskitchen.dk.
If cancellations are made within 5 full business days before the agreed delivery time/event, you will still be charged for the number of guests originally ordered.
If you have placed an order 4 days or fewer before your event, we will not be able to change your order or refund your booking.
If the order is refused on the agreed date, the full price for the entire order will be charged.

This cancellation policy has been introduced to cover the costs of preparation, reserving staff, and purchasing that may have already been made at the time of cancellation.
Use of Customer as Reference
Applies only to registered businesses and not private customers.
By accepting the offer from both parties, the customer hereby gives Klai’s Kitchen permission to use the customer’s name/business as a reference on our website and in our marketing materials. This usage will only include the company’s name and will not involve sharing confidential or specific information about your business or orders.
If you wish to opt-out of the use of your company name as a reference, please contact us directly via email: hej@klaiskitchen.dk. We prioritize your privacy and are committed to promptly addressing requests not to use your name as a reference.
Indirect Reference Usage
As part of our collaboration and service terms, customers who interact with our partners accept that their business name may be used as a reference in our marketing materials and on our website. This clause applies to all end customers who enter into agreements through our booking partners and only pertains to the use of the business name without including confidential information or specific details about business operations.
We encourage all partners to inform end customers of this practice, and we commit to removing any business name from our materials upon request. Customers or partners can contact us via email: hej@klaiskitchen.dk for such inquiries.
